It is with very heavy hearts to announce that we have lost one of our key family members. Margaret was the Aunt of owner Phil, she was a huge part of the business ever since it came off the ground in the 80’s. She never failed to be there when we needed her. She was always seen on the hot mobile grill, grilling up fresh BBQ for events when our corporate chef was on vacation. If not on the grill she would be found in the kitchen prepping sides, cutting veggie and making sure everything from start to finish was done in the most sanitary manner. Margaret also joined the team when Rose Catering took over the restaurant located in the Quality Inn, she held the kitchen down and put in endless hours when needed. She will be solely missed, and we pray she is resting peacefully.
